Internet Governance Policy face to face training in Accra

FOSSFA, in partnership with Diplo is now accepting applications for individuals from stakeholder institutions wishing to be trained and certified as Internet Governance Policy Diplomats. Only 20 participants can be accepted for this training. Organisers shall award fellowships on a first come basis, while striving to maintain balance among all Internet Governance stakeholders. FOSSFA and Diplo shall seek to maintain gender balance as well as regional equity in the choice of fellows. Application arriving after April 30th at Midnight GMT shall not be considered.

Development with Ownership: Idlelo 4 to be chaired by Ghana's Vice President.

The Fourth African Conference on FOSS and the Digital Commons – Idlelo 4, scheduled to take place in Accra, Ghana, from May 17 – 21 at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Center for Excellency in ICT will be chaired by the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.
