Partnerships shall not alter the nature, processes, vision and key objectives of the Foundation
Partnerships shall seek to go beyond country and regional boundaries and include the whole of the African continent.
All project relationships shall be mutually beneficial
Partnership information concerning projects shall be made public.
Partnerships shall be clearly documented and responsibilities clarified
Partnerships with individuals without council authorization are invalid
Partnership funding shall be transparent and approved by council
